Spring Ayurveda

Prepare for Spring with Yoga & Ayurveda
Spark Your Digestive Fire!

In the Springtime we witness the process of rebirth in nature around us. Colours change, the birds bustle, temperatures warm, days become brighter and we shrug off the Wintery slumber to embrace our own inner surge at this time of year. A practice in Ayurveda known as ‘ritucharya’ teaches us to live our lives alongside seasonal changes, to take the wisdom of nature to influence our diet and lifestyle choices so that we can transition through the year with ease, health and in harmony with life itself.

On this short course we will explore some simple Ayurvedic techniques that help you keep well through Springtime. We prepare your evening meal the Ayurvedic way, to strengthen digestion, aid elimination and support healthy tissues. A modern mind may think of medicine as something you take when you are ill, but Ayurveda treats its ingredients as the medicine itself.

Let the experience guide you into the Spring season with tips for health and radiance!
