A Cookery Day the Yogic Way
Learn to cook beautiful nourishing foods infused with good energy. I’m so excited to share another Yoga Cookery Day….where we discuss food, nutrition and digestion from the Yogic perspecive….plus plenty of cooking and eating!
‘You are only as healthy as the food you digest’
10am – Welcome
10.15am – Slow Flow Yoga Class & Meditation
Release stiffness and blockages from your body’s channels of detoxification and bring your mind into a clear focused zone for the day ahead
11am – Cookery Session
Rebecca prepares lunch and shares her dietary knowledge, in this interactive session you watch, ask, learn and help! ‘It’s not just what you eat but how well you digest it that’s important’ we uncover what that means and how it impacts your health. We discuss Ayurveda, the ancient science of longevity, and how you can apply it
1.30pm – Lunch & digestive walk
2.30pm – Cookery Session
Snacking is where a lot of us slip up in our ‘healthy eating’ intentions. In this session we make nurtitiously scrummy sweet and savoury snacks to take away
4pm – Yoga Class for Digestion
This final class consists of poses that help with digestion – good to do after eating
4.30pm – Hometime
Leave feeling inspired to implement some of what you have learned, take away a recipe sheet of meals made through the day
Enjoy a lovely uplifting day in a beautiful setting along the riverside in Staveley. Meals are made with healing nurishment in mind and all meals are prepared thoughtfully, infused with positive vibes! After all, we are what we eat, and food should help us feel positive and energised.
The menus are different on every cookery day making them suitable for anyone returning or new
